I have been searching the internet to try and find somepictures of my house on Maidstone Road, as near to when it was built (1939). Alsomy neighbour told me that there were cottages on the site (70 and 72 MaidstoneRoad) and I would be very interested to know if you have any information orindeed photos. I have contacted the Archives department at the Civic Centre,but they say they only have 2 photos of Maidstone Road in 1920, and are notsure they are relevant. They forwarded your link and said you may be able to help(fingers crossed).
